Refund Policy 2026 : Refunds will be returned 'upto one week/seven days prior' to the start of your : seasonal program/camp/class/events start date! After this time period ALL refunds will be made in the form of a credit to be used on any future event!
Weather Policy : Registration for this program comes with the understanding that a portion/or all of the program may be impacted or canceled due to 'adverse weather'. We hold one rain/weather date only for each program.
Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement : By registering to this Proventus Kids program, camp or clinic directly or via www.proventuskids.com you agree to the following ; You agree to list all additional medical information necessary, or by enclosing an additional written documentation when registering. I hereby agree to let my child participate in this sport, I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as in traveling and other related activities incidental to my participation, and am willing to assume these risks. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the sport and that he/she is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in this activity, except as included in writing with this application. In addition to giving full consent for my child's participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless Proventus Kids, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in this sport and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
*COVID-19 UPDATE: I do fully understand the potential risks associated with the corona virus and registering to a sports program with other participants present. I hereby waive, release and hold harmless Proventus Kids, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any potential corona virus related sickness that may be suffered by my child as a result of me choosing to attend activities with other participants present.
